What is the return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Note: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened booster packs, boxes, or sealed products
Customized, altered, or special order merchandise
Any product not in its original condition or missing packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received), we will provide a prepaid return label

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage to ensure you get the best rate possible while still receiving a tracking number. Prices typically start around $5.00–$7.00 for standard card orders.
